Hurley Fitness was started on 1-2-1 training so we know how effective it can be.

 

Some people simply prefer the privacy and intimacy of working closely with one trainer. We appreicate that and we cater for these peoples’ needs too.

 

Perhaps you’re someone with an injury who needs that little bit of extra attention. Or an athlete with a specific goal. One on one could be your best option.

Maybe you have no knowledge, or confidence in a gym and want to begin your journey working closely in a 1-2-1 setting.

This can mean an individual is allowed to perfect the basics of exercise at their own pace, ensuring they master everything that’s needed to get amazing results, in their own time.

You’ll be assigned to one of our expert coaches who will guide you on your journey with compassion and empathy, while challenging you week on week to be your very best.
