Training around injuries and weaknesses is one of the strengths of our small group PT program in Ely.
Let’s face it. We’ve all been lumped into a class or a bootcamp and followed the “program of the day” at some stage in out fitness experience .
Everyone asked to do the same thing, given too-heavy weights or an unsuitable exercise.
With smarter programming, anyone, regardless of age, limitations and experience can achieve what they need.
We’ve seen too many people with “bad backs” or “dodgy knees” or “weak backs” avoid exercise and become worse mentally and physically as a result.
At our Ely facility, we prefer to work smart, not beast people mindlessly, helping people to love exercise – despite their niggles. 🙂
