She Had No Strength At All …..
Pam recently joined our Foundation Program to learn about strength training.
She was a runner, a complete novice and wanted to tone up AND have a more interesting fitness regime. IF you like running, it’s ok right? But … can be a bit monotonous, pounding the pavement, 2-3 times per week.
And with a summer wedding coming up, she wanted to look and feel great – but running wasn’t getting the results she needed (and she was confused!).
Pam has taken to it like a duck to water, loves learning each time and is a pleasure to work with.
