For those who don’t know, the deadlift is a fantastic way to improve core strength, improve posture and make everyday tasks easier. A good deadlift tones the entire body, makes our back stronger, makes tasks like gardening and getting upstairs, lifting things, effortless.
The problem is: it’s often performed badly!! But we like to keep people safe by doing things correctly.
