This Hurley Fitness star, has just begun her journey, but is making great strides already.
These two texts show 2 things:
(1) A change in body shape.
(2) A change in attitude.
Already over a dress size down but MENTALLY STRONGER and able to overcome those little challenges than pop up daily.
You know, when you return from a bad day at work, the world feels like it’s caving in.
Easier to sit on the sofa right?
Next thing you know it’s a plate of pasta, Eastenders, a cup of tea and a chocolate biscuit.
Then the GUILT kicks in!

Using our philosophy – body strong first, mindset follows – you WILL ignore the voices.
The ones urging you to sit down. Telling you “do it tomorrow”.
Convincing you that it’s to hard, it’ll be painful.
This girl has beaten that.
And look what has happened.
It’s ain’t as hard as you think.
It’s not rocket science.
