Exercise Smashes Stress. Simple.

Have you ever finished a workout and felt….
EXHAUSTED but ENERGISED?
WEAKENED but STRONG?
SHAKEN but DETERMINED?
RELIEVED but HUNGRY (for more)?
I’ve just done this today at our facility in Ely. I tested a session we had created. My word, it pushed me out of my comfort zone. 🥵
My legs were feeling ‘the burn’, my breathing was frantic, my arms were like lead.
BUT…… I felt amazing!
I’d pushed my limits, tested myself and come through. I felt energised, strengthened, positive.
Anything life throws at me this afternoon – – I can handle! No problem!!
That’s how I feel about exercise. It’s a TOOL. To navigate life.
When we feel fit, strong, energetic – stress and anxiety has little chance of overwhelming us.
So as I recover from a hectic 40 mins workout, I’m feeling positive.
EXERCISE – – THE MOST UNDERRATED ANTIDEPRESSANT 💪😊💪
