Have you ever finished a workout and felt….
RELIEVED but HUNGRY (for more)?
I’ve just done this today at our facility in Ely. I tested a session we had created. My word, it pushed me out of my comfort zone.
My legs were feeling ‘the burn’, my breathing was frantic, my arms were like lead.
I’d pushed my limits, tested myself and come through. I felt energised, strengthened, positive.
Anything life throws at me this afternoon – – I can handle! No problem!!
That’s how I feel about exercise. It’s a TOOL. To navigate life.
When we feel fit, strong, energetic – stress and anxiety has little chance of overwhelming us.
So as I recover from a hectic 40 mins workout, I’m feeling positive.
