Wonder what you think of people who work in the fitness industry?
(Depends on the person I suppose)
There are a terrible lot of shiny haired, muscle bound, white teeth, eat chicken type people with FAR too many pairs of coloured trainers!
Well that ain’t me. I’m nowhere near that type of personal trainer.
You see, I have been through EVERYTHING you’ve probably experienced in the past over failed weight loss.
Frustration, overwhelm, anger, disgust, hope, lacking confidence, building it up, getting knocked back down again.
Yep, been there done that.
Let’s take weight loss as an example >>>>>>>
You say “right, enough is enough!” Start afresh, determined, two weeks later – back to square one!
………. For whatever reason.
I’ll hazard a guess you start looking for another solution, another diet plan, another way to enjoy exercise.
((All the stuff that you’ve tried before and hasn’t worked!))
As I said, been there, done that. Chased my tail MANY times looking for the answer to the life, body and happiness I truly wanted.
Repeating the same experiment, hoping for something different, but just getting the same outcome – FAILURE.
Truth is though.
The answer was with me ALL the time. INSIDE me.
I failed because all my problems couldn’t be fixed by following what has worked for others.
What has worked for someone else is likely NOT to work for YOU. Because we’re all different.

BUT … and this is a BIG one. (I’d sit up and take note).
What I noticed years ago was. When I was feeling strong and fit, my happiness levels were higher than when I was feeing unfit and lazy and rubbish.
