SECRET weight loss tactic you HAVEN’T tried before?

Would you like a tactic help you lose weight, increase your confidence, get fit, feel great ….. that you HAVEN’T tried already???

Great!

((You have to trust me on this one …. bear with me!))

Take just 10 minutes EVERYDAY, (before you start work ideally but can be done anytime)

Find a quiet space, away from any distractions.

Close your eyes, count your breaths in and out until 10.

Keep repeating for 10 minutes.

Stand up, stretch, have a drink of water. DONE!

((Tip: Thoughts WILL creep in all the time but just re-focus on your breathing again and don’t panic!))

“What does this have to do with my weight or health???” I hear you scream!

Well …………

This helps reduce the stress hormone cortisol which just kills weight loss stone dead. No matter what you do.

AND, it will just help your mental state, trust me.

**–I think this is the much more important part–**

It’ll be difficult at first but the more you practice, the EASIER it becomes.

Truth is, it’s one of the most important parts of my day now. I MUST do it!

Think of it this way >>>>>

If you’ve failed at weight loss numerous times, gone through the old yo-yo thing, by counting calories, and “cutting back”, and “being good”, running on treadmills etc…….

And it hasn’t worked.

Isn’t it time to try something DIFFERENT?

And if we are TOTALLY controlled by how we think, doesn’t it make sense to work on our head???

Even a little, for just 10 minutes everyday?

Here’s the benefit of my experience:

If you tell yourself you can’t find 10 minutes in a day, it’s a cop out.

Think of it, you can’t spare TEN MINUTES during 24 HOURS?

It’s there, you just have to have faith and do it. Prioritise it.

Worth a shot don’t you think?

Makes a change from all the pics of nice meals we always see that try to inspire you but reinforce the idea that FOOD is the cause of all our problems.

All I can say is, this tactic has made me immensely more powerful, energetic, upbeat and confident ever since I’ve done it.

So that’s why I’m telling you!
