Simple Fat Loss Home Workout – No Equipment Needed. No Excuses!

If only there was a solution to helping fat loss, keeping the mince pies at bay and getting a sweat up over Xmas???

Fear ye not, Hurley Fitness comes to the rescue!

Perform each exercise for 30-45 seconds, back to back, no rest.

Rest for 2-3 minutes at the end of each round.

Complete 3-5 rounds.
