SUCCESS LEAVES CLUES.
You have to admit this is true.
If you wish to be successful (get results), why waste time on trial and error, doing it your own untested way?
Left feeling dejected, frustrated, angry, confused, when things don’t work.
Why not choose someone you admire and adopt what they have done that works?
Copy their success.
Seems logical right?
I know the SECRET to doing this >>>>>>
REPETITION of RITUALS.
In other words, picking simple, great, positive habits and repeating them over and over and over.
Every single day. REPEAT.
So let’s take fitness/weightloss/being healthy as an example…..
You’ve struggled for years with yo-yo dieting, feeling like you’ve no energy to even get off the sofa in the evening.
Everyone’s needs are put before your own.
The only peace you get from the family is watching TV into the early hours when they finally go to bed.
Trouble is ….. You can’t drag yourself out of bed in the morning, necking numerous cups of coffee, just to get through the day.
Food is AWFUL (and you know it) but the thought of shopping, preparing, cooking is impossible with your energy levels.
And this cycle continues on and on ……..
That’s some pretty bad habits eh? No wonder you’re feeling the way you do!
A NEW, POSITIVE START
So imagine this >>>>>>> Adopting NEW, POSITIVE habits.
“I’m gonna go to bed earlier and read one hour before I sleep so I feel much fresher in the morning”.
“Before bed, I’ll prepare a decent lunch for myself, no matter how tired I feel!”.
Repeat. And repeat and repeat, EVERYDAY.
My guarantee is …….
You’ll have more energy to tackle and solve everything you find difficult.
Your mind will be clearer so you can think properly for a change and feel more positive.
Your attitude to life in general will build that little bit more every single day you repeat this.
Now the ball is rolling and you can use this as a springboard for more POSITIVE, SIMPLE habits.
As someone who has had some pretty bad habits in the past, I’ve had to work at this.
But I now realise all it is is REPETITION.
It doesn’t have to be clever in any way.
If you think back, and be REALLY honest ……
To a time when you had a “fresh start”, a new diet or fitness regime and it fell to bits.
How long did it last? Days? Weeks? Months? Was it too much of a total overhaul for you??
((This ALWAYS fails, don’t worry).
Did you REALLY repeat the new habits endlessly until they became the norm??
(Sorry but probably not!)
Take it from someone who repeats easy rituals every day.
This will help you more than you believe.
More than anything you have tried already.
Hope this helps. 🙂
