The BEST Weapon We Have (will surprise you!)

Posted On May 9, 2024

How do we ensure that our members have the best experience they’ve ever had – and stay for a very long time?

Not to state the bleedin’ obvious but:  We simply try to have superlative standards in EVERYTHING that we do. Our uniforms, our coaching, the gym hygiene and equipment, community events, recognising milestones, highlighting achievements, giving everyone a 5* best-we-can service (even when WE don’t feel like it! Yes!! We’re human too!)

To have an eye for detail for every single stage of a person’s fitness journey with us. “What volume should the music be?” “How clean does it look when a person walks in?” “How can the session be tailored to each person?” “Have we asked everyone is they’ve booked in again?” “Did we use everyone’s name?”

No stone unturned to be the best we can – and always evolving!

Ultimately, the goal is to keep a person happy, fulfilled and content so we can impact their life (and their family’s) for as long as we can.

In a saturated fitness market, with everyone vying for your attention, happiness and satisfaction ensures our members have longevity!
