When we started out in the fitness industry, we marketed ourselves as jack-of-all-trades.
Fat loss expert ✅
Weight loss expert ✅
Weight training expert ✅
Cardiovascular Endurance ✅
Boxing ✅
Core strength ✅
Nutrition ✅
Flexibility ✅
Mobility ✅
You see, we wanted to catch and attract as many people as possible. Didn’t want to miss out right?
These days, we have completely flipped this on its head. We are niche and focus on ONE THING.
Strength training ✅
Why is this? Well, 2 main reasons.
Strength training ticks all the boxes for most people’s goals, it seems….. Lose weight, tone up, get stronger, move better, feel confident. 👊
Secondly, our goal is to be the go-to experts for strength training.
So you won’t see us develop or promote much else. We simply try to get better and better at ‘the thing’ we do.
We feel niche is better!
