Do You Live With Physical Pain Daily?

“I’ve Got A Bad Back/Knee/Hip/Shoulder……

Being pain free is something we forget as a powerful reason to exercise regularly (if you only see it as a means to burn calories).

Let’s face it, life doesn’t get any easier as we get older — so having strength for everyday tasks, being mobile as possible, means a better quality of life.

Living with a “bad knee” or a “bad back” could be something that gets better with a stronger you.

We’ve worked with Tim here in Ely for around 8 years, helping him maintain the health of his back. This allows him to play golf, do gardening, DIY at home, hill walking.

Quality of life’s important right? And it illustrates that health and fitness is MUCH more than losing weight, lifting heavy or burning calories!

Do you have any pains you’re living with? Let us know and we’ll send over some things to really help you. 🙂
