Age and Surgery Ain’t Any Barrier To Our Tish

We just had to share the success of our Tish this week in Ely. I won’t reveal her age – let’s just say she’s 60 plus VAT! 🙂

And she wanted to have a great quality of life with her husband and dogs after a knee replacement.

She was a COMPLETE novice to strength training, she isn’t out normal demographic, she has her challenges – BUT she has inspired the coaching team with her efforts.

She’s picked things up quickly, she has wanted to learn, she’s become fitter and stronger.

That’s inspiration! 🙂
